BBQ British Lamb Cutlets


Ingredients

4 British Lamb Cutlets

2 cloves Garlic

1 Lemon, zested

10mls British Rapeseed Oil

3 sprigs fresh Oregano

100mls Tomato and Basil passata 

100g British Watercress


Method

In a bowl mix the garlic, lemon, oil and oregano

Brush the lamb cutlets with the mixture on each side

Place on the grill and grill for 5 minutes on a medium heat

Spritz the lamb with apple juice every 2 minutes

Turn the lamb once and grill for another 5 minutes

Serve on a bed of watercress and drizzle with the cold tomato and basil sauce
